My aim is to equip you with the skills, knowledge and competence to manage any health and lifestyle concerns that you may have. This is done through supporting you to introduce optimal diet, exercise and physical activity habits into your current lifestyle.

While it is popular to set goals I believe that this may deter you from achieving lifelong, more beneficial and meaningful changes. Instead I choose to focus on developing and adopting habits and traits that can fit into your day to day life and will ensure continued healthy living and prevention of disease.

Through these processes I hope to give you the knowledge and confidence that will empower you to continue long term independently.

I have also been involved in many Sports over the years involving;

  • Rugby

  • Powerlifting

  • Triathlon

  • Running (up to Ultramarathon distance)

So if there is a specific sporting goals you would like to achieve then we can work together to creat a specific training programme for you.
